Single Mom Strong
A non-profit organization devoted to supporting single moms and their children, Single Mom Strong hosts "Love Your Life" each Valentine's Day in Sacramento, California. In 2026, Michelle was invited to be the inspirational speaker at this event, where she shared words of encouragement from her own story as a single parent.
First3Years Infant Mental Health Conference
In Spring of 2026, Michelle and her colleague Dr. Mickey Langlais presented in Dallas, Texas for the Texas Association for Infant Mental Health's annual conference. Attendees connected with the need to reduce/eliminate screen time for infants and children and significant discussions around how to educate families respectfully ensued.
